Estate-Sale-Solutions is a California corporation that is principally owned by two individuals, Walter and Virginia, as well as several other members. We protect financial exposures for our clients with a million dollar general liability insurance policy per sale as well as dishonesty bonds on our employees. Certificates of insurance are available upon request.
If licenses are required, we take responsibility for obtaining them as well as adhering to any community rules. We collect sales taxes and remit them to the State Board of Equalization. We take over all the details dictated by your goals, and do so without any out-of-pocket costs to you.

Walt began his career in Marketing Research with IBM and went on to teach marketing at the college level. Virginia spent 23 years as a master scheduler in Silicon Valley. All our staff knows how to merchandise and sell with a smile.
